Margot took a circuitous route to Phillips Garden. After a B.A. in Economics and working in the theatre for 8 years, she went back to school in Landscape Horticulture. After meeting Ed in 1992, she (finally!) started counting the beans at Phillips Garden in 2001. She lives in SW Minneapolis with gorgeous garden, unusual driveway and a menagerie: one dogs and two loud cats.
