Winston is a recent transplant to South Minneapolis, having spent the last few years exploring the Upper Midwest for opportunities in sustainable food, farming, and gardening.  If you don't find him with his hands in the soil, you'll probably find him romping around in the woods, in the kitchen making sourdough bread, or carving woodblock prints.
